Everyone, say hello to Jennifer Still! She’s an editor over at one of our fav sites - Hello Giggles. And besides writing super fun and interesting articles all over the web, Jennifer loves sippin’ on iced coffee and chillin’ in her pj’s, She’s also a big fan of relaxing in a bubble bath… but then again, who isn’t? Anyways, Jennifer was lovely enough to sit with us for a sec and answer our certifiably awesome interview questions so let’s go ahead and get started!
1. What is your favorite food that is PC aka healthy?
Probably spinach! I tend to eat it sauteed with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic and Celtic sea salt just about every day. It’s so good! I also eat a ridiculous amount of cauliflower - I make it into rice, risotto, have it mashed in place of potatoes… the options are pretty endless.
2. What is your fave food that a health magazine would tell you not to eat?
Donuts, probably, but I don’t eat those anymore, really, since I’ve gone grain-free and sugar-free. Pizza fills my dreams constantly. I grew up eating boxed mac and cheese which I almost love better than homemade - it’s got that comforting “I-came-from-cardboard” taste that reminds me of my childhood.
3. What is a skincare myth that you have busted on your own?
That chocolate causes breakouts! Obnoxiously enough, I make my own sugar-free chocolate at home and my skin has never looked better.
4. What percent natural are you?
Probably about 75%, these days. My dietary limitations keep me pretty solid in that department, but I’m still a sucker for perfume (it’s an obsession - Thierry Mugler’s ‘Alien’ and Gucci’s ‘Guilty’ are heaven to me, and that’s just naming a few) and I still buy all the nice smelling shampoos and conditioners that lather up all big and foamy.
5. What is your naked animal?
That’s a hard one! I think that’d have to be the same as my clothed animal, right? Hmmm… I guess because of how hectic and all over the place I am at any given time, I’d have to go with a rabbit. I’m always hopping from one thing to another. I’m not quite as fluffy and cute, though!
